You only charge $100?

Yes, I will only charge you $100.00 for me to do the work upfront.  Once I get the results, I will let you know what I find.  If you want the report, then I will charge based on your SKU size.

 

Is there a customer service phone number?

Currently, I am a one man show and I don’t have a business phone. There is a link to send me an email and I will respond within 24 hours. I have other business interests, but I promise to return your call ASAP. Please make sure you look at my videos so you aren’t asking about something that is in a video. If it warrants me to give a call and/or have a zoom call, we can do that. Just remember to leave your number and a good time to connect.

What if I have multiple buildings?

Give me an email and let’s discuss. I can certainly give a discount on multiple buildings, but I need to understand the details.

How do I pay?

Stripe is the online secure payment system, but they charge a user fee.  I also accept Paypal, Zelle, or a personal check..

Do you visit customers as a consultant?

At this time, I do not. If you don’t have the time and want me to come out for a visit, I can do so. However, I will need to be reimbursed for travel.

Can you do the work for me?

I can, but I will still need you to do some work upfront. Let’s talkand if you feel it’s best I do the work, then we can arrange for me to visit.

Can I use freight as an expense?

YES! This is probably the biggest expense a company has in their operations. Check with your accountant to see how the freight is paid. Make sure you check to see how it is paid on the inbound and/or outbound side of your business. Sometimes freight is not paid by your business, and it might be a non-issue, but I’m guessing there is some freight expense out there. Also, make sure freight is not considered in your customer database you upload. Some companies can add freight into the invoice. Just double check with your accountant to see how freight is allocated within your company.
